The following information was e-mailed to parents this afternoon regarding the senior banquet, spring apparel store, Cedar Point music department tour, and spring concert/rehearsals. Read on for the latest update from the North Hills Choirs...
North Hills High School Drama Club will present its annual Gala student showcase on April 28 at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Admission is $5 at the door, with proceeds benefiting the drama club’s fall play and spring musical productions.
The Gala program is almost entirely student-run – from selection of materials to auditions and rehearsals to stage management. Drama Club members will sing songs from Broadway musicals, present dance routines, scenes and two, one-act plays directed by seniors.
Show your North Hills Choir pride by ordering from our spring apparel shop. For the spring, we have polos, 1/4 zip pullovers, sweatshirts, sweat pants, shorts, the popular "dedication jacket," and customizable window decals and duffle bags. Products are embroidered to order from GPSA and should arrive in time for the spring music tour to Ohio.
Orders can be accepted through the paper form with cash/check, or using credit card or PayPal via the online store. Click the "Shop Apparel" logo to view the products online. Items that are different from the fall store are pictured below. Orders are due by May 1, 2017 to assure timely delivery.
Thank you to the several parents who have volunteered to help in coordinating our first annual Choir Senior Banquet, celebrating the accomplishments of our talented senior class. The event will take place on Monday, May 8 at 6:00PM in the High School Cafeteria.
Senior choir members are invited with 2 guests at no charge. Additional guests, as well as underclass choir members who would like to attend, are invited at a cost of $5 per person, which will help to defray the cost of additional food items.
The evening will feature a meal, slide show presentation highlighting the major events of the 4 years the seniors have been in the program, and each member will be recognized and given their personalized plaque. The dinner will include chicken, pasta, and drinks provided by the Choral Parents Association, with side dishes and desserts provided by choir families.

We are asking choir families for donations of side dishes and desserts. Those with last names A-M should bring a side dish of their choosing, and last names N-Z should bring a dessert. Additionally, we will need several volunteers to assist with set-up and clean-up. If you are available for either, please contact banquet coordinator Jody Mawhinney at email@example.com.
Finally, during the slide show, we would like to feature each senior as a baby and today. Please send your baby photos and senior portraits (or whatever recent photo you would like) to Mr. Cloonan's NH Google Classroom account at firstname.lastname@example.org.
