We will be holding our first Drama Club meeting on Thursday, September 29 at 7 pm in the High School Choir Room (Enter the doors near the Auditorium, make a right, first left, then another left. Classroom will be on the right). It should only last about an hour. If your child is in the cast or crew, we ask that at least one parent attend the meeting. We will be discussing the annual bake sale, the Fall Play lobby volunteer needs, and other important information. Please contact us if you are unable to make the meeting but would still like to help out in any way!
Parent Overview --- An overview of the Drama Club is attached, it explains in detail how the Club works, important dates, etc. You may want to print and refer to it throughout the year.
Program Ads ---The deadline for placing your ad will be on October 14th, the form is attached to this email.
Bake Sale ---The bake sale will be held at the Middle School at the voting polls on Election Day, November 8th. Please volunteer your time and baking talents to the sale. We will need one parent there at all times with the students who will be volunteering, as well. You can sign up for a two hour shift at the meeting. A volunteer schedule will be sent out for anyone not able to make the meeting.
Fall Play Lobby Volunteers ---November 17th, 18th and 19th. We will be in need of volunteers for the flower table, cookie table, candy table and for ticket sales. A sign up sheet will be at the meeting and sent out via email as the performances get closer.
